Flexicar is now available in NPSP

A car share trial, called Flexicar, is being launched in Kent Town.  

The initiative is different to a typical car hire service, as users can rent the Nissan X-Trail on an hourly basis, and collect and drop it off in its designated spot.

Flexicar will be popular with people who don’t have a car and need one occasionally. It will also be useful for drivers in a one car household who need a car on a rare occasion.  

Using the Flexicar website or App, motorists have 24/7 access to a  vehicle located on 1 King William Street.

One of the key objectives in the Council’s strategic framework, CityPlan 2030: Shaping Our Future, is to enable sustainable and active transport modes.
