City of NPSP endorses 4% rate increase

Last night at its Council meeting, Elected Members unanimously endorsed a lower than expected average residential rate increase of 4% — well below the expected 5.25% rate increase estimated in its draft Annual Business Plan.

The decrease was the result of higher than expected rate revenue from newly built properties in the Council area.
